About us Keeverand Associates, Inc., Seattle Remodeling and General Contractors was incorporated in 1977 and has built hundreds of custom commercial and residential projects around the Puget Sound region. We are Seattle Remodeling and General Contractors and the majority of our work has been in the King county metro areas. We have also performed general contracting services all over the state including: Hood Canal, Hat Is., Chelan, Yakima, Cle Elum.

  3. AAA Service Center – Tenant Improvement Keeverand Associates provided tenant improvement services for a new AAA Service Center. The project included: New HVAC, windows, storefronts, commercial ada bathrooms, offices, security system, structure wiring, break room/kitchen.
