  2. All questions are either true or false. Let’s see how much you know about the original Americans.

  3. Question 1: Any of the following terms - Native Americans, American Indians, Native peoples – is acceptable and respectful.

  4. Question 2: Native Americans are noble, humorless, and respectful of Mother Earth.

  5. Question 3: The original Native Americans looked physically very different from the white European settlers.

  6. Question 4: Popular opinion held that the Natives were savage and barbaric, impossible to civilize.

  7. Question 5: Some of the Natives were farmers, but even those that were grew very little because of their lack of agricultural sophistication.
