Definitions • Abuse: Abuse is to use wrongly or improperly, to misuse, to hurt or injure by maltreatment, to force sexual activity like rape or molest, to assail with contemptuous, coarse, or insulting words or to deceive or trick. • Neglection: To fail to give care, attention, or time to a child which harms the child physical or mental.
