Continuing with the tabe – top options led to the clock as a metaphor.
Inferences from user feedback: A tilt able screen was a must to suit various table heights on which the device would be kept. The users subconsciously held the device with one hand or rested one hand on it. They needed support and the final form also allowed them to do just that. Although the navigation through the application interface was through arrow keys, it was observed that the users kept placing their finger on the screen to read. They we not afraid of the screen…….could we give them a touch screen ?
A look at different orientations for the screen…the possibility of an horizontal orientation.
