Day 1 – Great Leaders The best executive is the one who has sense enough to pick good men to do what he wants done, and self-restraint to keep from meddling with them while they do it. • What does this quote mean? • What does the picture mean to you? • What questions does it create in your mind? • How does it relate to your personal experiences in life? • Discuss these thoughts with your class. • Reflect on your thoughts and the discussion for 1 minute in silence. • Finish with your house prayer.

  3. Day 2 – Great Leaders To lead people, walk beside them. For the best leaders, the people do not notice their existence. The next best, the people honour and praise. The next, the people fear; and the next, the people hate. When the best leader’s work is done the people say, ‘We did it ourselves! • What does this quote mean? • What does the picture mean to you? • What questions does it create in your mind? • How does it relate to your personal experiences in life? • Discuss these thoughts with your class. • Reflect on your thoughts and the discussion for 1 minute in silence. • Finish with your house prayer.

  4. Day 3 – Great Leaders Do not follow where the path may lead.
