  5. How Many Kids? Doubled in 2-5 year olds Tripled in 6-11 year olds More than tripled in 12-19 year olds 17%, or 1 out of 6, are obese

  6. Does Race Affect Obesity? 1980: 19-20% Black and Mexican American & 11% White 2004: Ethnic background affecting obesity is starting to become smaller. All races are catching up to each other.
