Standardisation strategy • Vision: • Geographical standards utilized by the public sector, creating consistency in digitization and improves quality and efficiency in performance. • Geodatastyrelsen is the natural and preferred partner when it comes to development and use of standards for spatial data handling • Strategic aims: • Establishment of policy and regulations • Development and maintenance of standards • Use and dissemination Danish Geodata Agency

Danish (GD) Basic Data Program • eGovernment (status: operating: 2015/2016) • Govermentdecissiontaken: October 2012 • 10 programs of (each a portefuils of projects) • GST involved in 5 programs: • GD1: Properties and real estatesunified in ONE system • GD2: Buildings, dwellings, addresses, placenames and administrative units • GD3: Watercourse adm. (for the Water Directive; hard .) • GD4: DHM includedhydrograpyadjustmentsother top • GD7: Common Data Distributor (public tender, contract) Danish Geodata Agency

GST involvement • Extendingour Cadastral System to includecondomiums (limitedownership) and buildings on ”foreign” land • Rebuilding the Place Name System to includeinstantlypublishing and crowd-sourcing • Building a dedicated Administration Units System – prevoiuslyincluded in the 1:10.000 Topographic System • Building a new DHM System maintaining data Danish Geodata Agency
