Our Educational Experience Over 150,000 graduates annually. Operating in African countries such as Chad, Namibia, Mali, Mauritania, South Africa etc… The IEC, a 5 billion dollar company, provides extensive periodical engineering upgrade seminars to its employees, as well in energy projects world wide, including Nigeria, South America etc.. Manages boarding schools in 37 world-wide locations with 50,000 students. The schools provide formal and informal education. A combination of the highest levels of vocational educational expertise, consulting and operational ability
The Project Stages – Stage 1 Assessment & Pedagogical infrastructure • Economy needs • Pedagogical • Locations infrastructure • Preparing pedagogical infrastructure according to the assessment and together with the relevant Cabinet Ministers
The Project Stages – stage 2 • Instructing the Consortium teachers and the administrative staff. • Training the teaching cadets in Ghana • Basic and extensive training – staffs for 5-10 schools annually. • OJT- On the Job Training • Advanced training procedures for learning disabilities, behavioral problems etc…
The Project Stages – stage 3 Infrastructure – • Design & build or renovate 20 campuses & boarding schools. • Fully equipping: schools, workshops, administration.
The Project Stages – stage 4 Mentoring and Supervision • Mentoring teachers individually. • Supervision schools operation. • Keeping a unified high standard of results&reports • Identifying learning disabilities and adapting to it Allocating workplaces for the network graduates
