Place the Powerpoint file in the EEVeC share folder on \\Mvm2.mvm.ed.ac.uk\RDSVSShared\EEVeC_Share • (you will either have this drive mapped on your computer or you can place this address into ‘Run’) • 2. Send an email to eevec@ed.ac.uk containing the following information • Decide where in EEVeC you wish to have the file placed and include that address in your email. To do this, navigate to the page in EEVeC (this would normally be a lecture database page). The address is in the address window of your browser. Highlight the address and copy it. • Tell EEVeC what name you would like to be given to the link and provide any explanatory text if necessary ADVICE ABOUT POWERPOINT FILES
