  5. Loading ramps feature spring loaded doors. • Storage available for 3000 pallets.

  8. Roof mounted condenser pack units • Reciprocating condenser units used for cold storage area.

  9. DDC controlled facility environment. • Screw condenser packs mounted on the roof.

  10. Screw condenser packs. These units are sized and zoned based on varying load / energy usage issues.

  11. Glycol system used for under floor heating • Note the use of sound baffles to keep neighbours happy

  12. Electronic / Electrical control system for condenser units. Typical for all units • Contactors • Fuses • Controllers • Low Voltage Interface Relays • Class 2 transformer

  13. Fire suppression system requires dehumidified air to prevent freezing. • “Dry” fire suppression system. “Wax melt cable” & sprinkler head detect triggers “flood valves”.
