Who Will Get the Job? You and your group are now a team competing for a job as a architect. In this interview the employer will be looking that you are able to interact with others, be an active team member, and see if your math skills are accurate. When I say go you and your team-mates will quickly walk to an unoccupied table and flip over the stack of papers; take only one. You will solve that problem. When you finish place your solutions in the envelope and move to an open table. You cannot go to a table that is already occupied or else you and your team-mates are disqualified. Each problem answered will be worth 1 point. ( There are either 1 or 2 questions per table)The team that gets the highest score and displays qualities of an efficient and collaborative team will get the job!
Who Will Get the Job? You may not go to your table! You will only have 7 minutes to answer as many problems as you can. Make sure your table number is on each problem sheet you attempt. Those without a table number will result in 0 points. Your goal is to solve as many problems as you can with your table!! Some tables might have one or two problems.
Who Will Get the Job? All of you should be at your original table. Open up the envelope. I will be handing all of you a set of solutions and you will grade your peers. If I find that you graded incorrectly or cheated in any way, you will be disqualified. You are simply putting a +1 on each problem answered 100% correct. You are not checking for work you are just looking at their final solution.
Who is the winner? Choose one person at your table to return the problem sheets to the rightful owners. Add up your tables score.
