  3. YourFISH Experience! • Group up! • What are the best 3 things you received from reading FISH! • Share your “bests” with your group • Once your group’s FISHED it up together, we’ll share with everyone!

  4. Apply “Best Things” to MAR • Identify the challenge…by being present, aware of what they’re thinking, their needs • Be approachable! Let them air their grievances – empathize! “Great idea!” • Empower them to take idea and run with it • Issues too big – downsize them to human scale so that you can solve them; “bite-size” • Appreciate people and what they have to offer • Make the process fun!

  6. Toxic Energy Dumps? • In your group, identify three toxic energy dumps in your real estate life (business & association) • Create a solution for each “dump”

  7. A Day Spent Being World Famous …is lots better than a day spent being ordinary! What creates "world famous-ness?"

Mary Jane’s Outline How can we change our “world” by being world famous? • Choose Your Attitude: “When you are doing what you are doing, who are you being? • How could we have more fun and create more energy? • How could we make their day? • What can we be present for each other and our “customers”?

  11. Proven Ways to FISH! • Spend all your time throwing & none talking. • Focus on what they should do to make things better, not what we or I can do. • Tell people how to play. • Force people to play. • Silence all objections, doubts and fears. • Show FISH! 1x & never talk about it again.
