They affect you because they reduce the Fund’s return. • The Fund’s expenses are made up of the management fee, administration fee, certain operating expenses and trading costs. The Fund’s annual management fee is 1.35% of the Fund’s value. The Fund’s annual administration fee is tiered: 0.35% applies to the first $250 million of the net asset value of the series, 0.30% applies where the net asset value of the series is above $250 million and up to $750 million, and 0.25% applies to the amount in excess of $750 million. Because this Fund is new, its operating expenses and trading costs are not yet available. • Trailing commissions: • We do not pay a trailing commission to your Advisor on Series F shares of this Fund. • Other fees:Series F shares are available to investors who have a fee-based account with their Advisor and whose Advisor has signed an agreement with us.
