Appreciation for good students for excellent performance. 5. Educational trips, seminars, lectures, presentations & exhibitions. 6. Access to computers, internet & IT techniques. LONG TERM GOALS

  3. 1. Orientation classes/Extra classes to cover up the syllabus due to unforeseen holidays. 2. Coaching/Guidance for weak students. 3. Parent-Teacher meeting for failures & absentees. 4. Assessment/Evaluation at the end of each lecture. 5. Encouraging collabration among students. SHORT TERM GOALS

CHALLENGES SOLUTIONS • Completion of course due to unseen holidays • Low standard of knowledge of 1st year students • Short attendance of students • Old edition of books in Libraries • Old syllabus of theory & practicals prescribed by BIE & University of Karachi • Computer, IT& Latest techniques in each department • Progress of weak, absentees students • To keep the teachers current in knowledge • Extra classes • Extra classes • Parents-Teacher meeting • Purchase of new edition of books every year & allocation of more funds • Implementation of new syllabus by conducting more workshops • Eccess of computer, internet & latest techniques • Extra classes • Collabration, interaction among teachers, to conduct the seminars, workshops & lectures by guest speakers SOLUTIONS TO ANTICIPATED CHALLANGES
