School Internet Login: tiger Password: Guest Public Hearing – the general public shall have the opportunity to address the Council. - Approach the front podium - State you name, address and interest on the subject Mayor may choose to allow others to address the Council during other agenda items. Persons who desire to speak should do so only after being recognized by the Mayor. - Approach the front podium - State you name, address and interest on the subject Persons in attendance at the meeting should refrain from loud discussions among themselves, clapping, whistling or any other actions. Our values include mutual respect and civility for all in attendance. If you have questions during the Council meeting please see Tom Meulebroeck, Finance Director/City Clerk who sits in the front left area of the audience sitting area. There are more detailed Rules of Conduct at the end of each of the tables in the audience sitting area.
