  20. ROAR Challenge Methodology The need is irrefutable, our task integral and our approach multilateral. Within the UK we hope to make real change for the long term, with each part being indispensable to sustainable and real change, in mindsets and in actions. Career Goals & Aspirations Our programme allows students to be exposed to future career options and essentially allows them to start building their network, a head start, increasing their social mobility. Social Entrepreneurs Learning these skills not only provides students with the tenacity, resilience and knowledge for future careers but also allows them to see how to marry that with being a global citizen and the importance of commonality in our international humanity. Employability Competencies With high unemployment rates, the competencies that are gained from this programme are fundamental in aiding future employment. Global Citizenship Becoming a global agent of change is integral in this increasingly international world/ workplace. We will give students the opportunity to respect and value diversity, safeguarding this for future generations, with the knowledge that they can make a difference. Skills For Life 73% of business leaders believe a skills crisis will hit the UK in the next 3 years; transferable skills that are needed for the workplace must be instilled within our students. Our programme provides students with the necessary skills to compliment their academic learning, for their future career.

  21. Ambassador Programme By taking part in the ROAR Challenge, the students will be part of a growing network of like-minded young people who aim to be global agents of change.
