This toolkit, funded by the Strategic Growth Council, offers online resources, best practices, and tools to encourage transit-supportive planning. It includes 10 key elements of transit-supportive places and provides strategies, case studies, and tools for land use, environmental, economic, and outreach aspects. The goal is to aid city/county efforts in complying with State mandates, leveraging funding sources, and facilitating knowledge sharing. The toolkit aligns with Metro's objectives and aims to create a foundation for future TOD planning grant cycles.
