High School Graduation 26 Credits INCLUDE: • English: 4 Credits • Mathematics: 3 Credits • Science: 3 Credits • Social Studies: 3 Credits • Physical Education: 1 Credit • Languages Other Than English: 2 Credits • Fine Arts: 1 Credit • Electives: 5 Credits • with an Endorsement
What Graduation plans are available in GISD? • Foundation (Minimum) • Foundation w/Endorsement (Recommended) • Foundation w/Endorsement + Performance Acknowledgement (Distinguished) Choosing a plan will depend on if you want to take AP classes and more demanding classes.
7th Grade Classes Everyone will have a 7 period day. • 4 core classes All core classes are CR COLLEGE READY COURSES ELA Math Science Social Studies PE/Athletics Which leaves two classes left for electives.
