SIGNIFICANT INCIDENTSF/V TWO MIKES • 23 July at the entrance to Yaquina Bay, Newport Oregon • 2 POB climbed safely from vessel to jetty • $25,000 of OSLTF used • 2130 gallons onboard with numerous drums on deck • Vessel unrecovered due to location of grounding with submerged rocks and sand bars impeding recovery vessels

  3. SIGNIFICANT INCIDENTSTUG VALIANT • Wood hull Tugboat Sank on 31 July at North Portland Harbor • All pollution and most machinery removed previously • Had been kept afloat with continuous running bilge pumps
