  1. Act Local Project By: Jordan Larsen Our project was spending time with the residents at a local nursing home.

Things We Did With The Residents • We decorated pumpkins with the residents and the residents took votes on best pumpkin • We played Skip Bo and UNO. • -We met residents named Diane, Addie, Vivian, Bernece, Bob and Rosey. • We made cupcakes and cookies for them. • We made shadowboxes for them.

  3. What We Learned • That not all people live like us and all people need company. • Happiness is healthy! • Senior Citizens are really fun people.
