  29. What do I need to prepare for the survey. Lesson plans, grading books, textbooks, etc. may be used to help recall your instruction over the most recent school year, but are not required. If completing the survey at a specifically scheduled time and place, feel free to bring along any materials that might help you to recall your instruction.
