  2. Your Personal Calendar • Please check your email inbox. • Check if there are any problems. • No asking for change of events/activities! • Inform Amanda when you spot any problems.

Transport Arrangement • The availability of coaches depends on the accessibility of the destinations. • Please indicate your preferences via Moodle on or before June 3 (Monday), 5:00pm. • Except those highlighted in yellow, which are expected to be a mandatory arrangement • If you have chosen to take the coaches, please be punctual.

  6. Transport Arrangement • Be aware of your lunch arrangement • E.g. June 18: Those going for Movie Dubbing in the morning and for High Court in the afternoon will have a tight schedule • Better check how much time you have for lunch • May need to bring own sandwiches or be prepared to have only a quick meal

Rules and Regulations • Attendance: • Min. 80% (i.e. 22/28 sessions) • Lateness and early exits of 15 mins or above • 2 LATEs = 1 absence • Sick leaves: • Doctor’s certificates needed • Application for sick/emergency leaves: • Call your escort teacher + Amanda on that day • Submit document(s) for proof • Advanced notice is much appreciated!

Important Reminders • Responsibilities and insurance coverage • Please inform the escort teacher(s) if: • You need to leave the team during the activity • You have any physical discomfort during the activity • Bring water and your own medicine (if needed) • Please make sure you dress appropriately for the activities • E.g. Trousers for Drama Workshop & no flip-flops, shorts or mini-skirts for institutional visits

  12. Camp T-Shirts • You must wear camp tee throughout the whole camp period. • You can choose which one to wear on which day.

SSQ Check-in • You can check in the SSQ on June 9 (Sunday). • Each student residing in the SSQ will be given a key. • If you decide to check in the SSQ on June 9, please inform Amanda by May 30, 5:00pm. • You’ll get the key from Ho Ka Ying 何嘉瑩 (DSE ENG) between 3:00pm-4:00pm. Or you have to contact her directly. • If you decide to check in on/after June 10, please approach Amanda for the key.

  27. Group Leaders • We need one group leader in each event/activity • Role of group leaders • Be assistant to escort teachers • Introduce guest speaker • Take photos/videos, if no camera person is present

Your Financial Contribution • Submit a crossed chequemade to "The Hong Kong Institute of Education"(or “香港教育學院”), with your names and student numbers written on the back of the cheque. • Make cash deposit in any of the Bank of East Asia Branch (“015-195-25-00002-0”). Then, submit the original bank deposit slips to Amanda at CLE General Office (B2-G/F-03).

  30. Updates • You will receive a summer camp Handbook on the first day. • From now on, you have to pay close attention to any announcements made via email, Facebook, website and Moodle.
