June 2007 SCDN Feedback • Cross pollinate through mixed groups by providing opportunities for members to interact with others outside of their immediate regions. • Find “buddies” with similar interests • Collect information from the people in this room. “Who is the person to go to for…….” “Strengths……………”
Sharing Expertise with a Partner • “Buddy up” with someone outside of your region. • Take turns sharing one program you have developed in your region that you are most proud of (10 minutes per person). • How did you build local support for this program? • How do you sustain it?
Sharing Expertise with Your Group – Table Sharing • Each person will take one minute to briefly describe the program he/she has implemented ( 8 minutes). • Once everyone at the table has shared, table members can ask follow-up questions about specific programs (total of 20 minutes). • A recorder should complete the chart listing all of the programs shared at the table.
