Cluster Cycle Goal 1: By the end of the cycle, teachers will effectively implement indicators from the TAP Instructional Rubric as measured by leadership team observations of classroom instruction. All teachers will receive their first announced evaluation and will score proficient or above in six out of the eight rubric indicators reviewed during the rubric cluster cycle. Create cluster meeting norms. Define the Steps for Effective Learning. Model identifying these steps in lesson plans. Develop lesson plans with the Steps for Effective Learning.

  10. Evaluate: IGP Reflections Take out your IGP Reflection. How is it going so far? Have you started working on your personal goal?

  11. Why do we need to consider the steps for effective learning when planning lessons? CFA career teacher averages for presenting instructional content is 3.33. CFA average for lesson structure and pacing is 3.23. Both will be positively impacted by conscious use of the steps for effective learning. We’ll also look at how several other rubric indicators are impacted by the steps for effective learning.

Follow up can be in the form of a conference, co- teaching or co-planning, model, or observation. -You may request a specific type of follow up. -Otherwise I will email you and let you know which type of follow-up you will receive.
