It locates in Klaikangwon Palace at HuaHin where is still used as a summer palace by the present monarch King BhumibolAdulyadej and Queen Sirikitt.
Thecollege was established in 1986 for celebrations on the occasion of His Majesty the King’s 5th Cycle Birthday Anniversary for teaching woman in the short courses.
Vision • provide the manpower to the international standard and be live in society with respect and dignity.
Mission • Improve the quality of Vocational and Technical Education and Training by collaboration between business, industry at local communities
Prepares the professional levels skill and moral of learners by child-centre learning methods for the demands of the labour markets and be entrepreneur upon graduation
Support anddevelop teachers for instructional media and using technology • Establish and support of informal vocational education by distance learning via satellite and network
Implement and standard quality vocational education management and administration by The Quality Assurance System
The provision of the education and training is offered both formal schooling system and non-formal education. The formal system is conducted at two level as PorWorChor and PorWor Saw
PorWorChor • the three-year Certificate of Vocational Educationfor for skilled workers after completing Matthayom 3.
The courses are divided into two major fields studies : commerce (selling, accounting and computer ) and industrial technology (mechanical, electronic, welding).
PorWor Saw • two years in length and offered in two fields of study business administration (Marketing, Accounting, Business Computer) and industry (Mechanical, Electronic, and Welding) .
These programs are open to those who have successfully completed upper secondary school in the vocational stream and who hold either the Certificate of Secondary Education or the Certificate of Vocational Education.
Holders of either the Diploma in Vocational Education or the Diploma in Technical Education are also eligible to undertake another two years of study at a higher education institution leading to a bachelor’s degree in a given field.
Non-formal education • means of providing lifelong learning opportunities to the out-of-school population or adults. They are the Short Course Vocational Education /Training Vocational / occupational skills as arts and crafts, cloth sewing and food and bakery.
Strategies include : developing a range of life skills through distance learning establishing workplace and community learning centers and promoting the joint sharing of resources with the formal school sector. Their schooling courses are television education and some via satellite.
