The Significance of the Resurrection. • Without the Resurrection all claims about who Jesus is and what he did are hollow and empty. • Confirms revealed truths • Jesus IS the Son of God • All teachings of Jesus are true • Opens the way to new life • Principle and source of our own resurrection • Doorway to a new and eternal life • Destroys death, death is not the end
