Rising Action • Mink tells Mom about Drill • Mink tells Mom about Drill’s promises • Mary learns “invasion” is happening other places • Dad comes home and they hear explosions. • Parents run to the attic • Mom throws away key • Parents hear marching, see light
Climax • Mom and Dad see the attic lock melt and realize they aren’t safe.
Falling Action • Mink says, “Peek-a-boo!”
Resolution • Something will happen to Mink’s parents and other parents across the country.
