OBJECTIVES ‧ Guide user through the Member Management System in terms of how to carry out certain tasks and actions. ‧ To give the user an overview of entire system, system functionalities and a detailed screen captured step by step user operation manual.

The menu listing and instruction will display base on the language selected. ‧ English ‧ Simplified Chinese ‧ Thai Language User ID = Member Code Password = Member’s NRIC First time member login will prompt to change password and e-pin
Purpose This function is used to view member’s profile only. MEMBER MODULE Instruction ‧ Go to Member > Personal Profile ‧ The following Member Profile screen will be displayed for member reference. 1.1 PERSONAL PROFILE
1.2 DOWNLINE TREE MEMBER MODULE Purpose This function is used to view member’s network tree. Instruction ‧ Go to Member > Downline Tree ‧ The following Downline Tree screen will be displayed. ‧ There are 3 view types which is Vertical , Vertical (Dynamic) and Genealogy ‧ Member can also select level to view for Vertical display and to view non terminated members by selecting the Without Terminated Member checkbox.
ONLINE PURCHASE HISTORY MODULE 2.1 PERSONAL PURCHASE HISTORY Purpose This function is used to view member’s own purchase history base on selection period or bonus period. Instruction ‧ Go to Online Purchase History > Personal Purchase History ‧ The following personal purchase history screen will be display.
3.1 NETWORK BONUS STATUS BONUS MODULE Purpose This function is used to view member’s network bonus status. Member can view the latest data after bonus process being calculated. The bonus process was schedule to calculate for 2 times a day. (12noon – 1pm & 12am – 1am) Instruction • Go to Bonus > Network Bonus Status • The following Network bonus status screen will be displayed for member analysis. • Member can select the filter available for the require data. There are selection for up to which network level, PBV amount more or less than 30BV, downline status and downline’s ranking.
3.2 BONUS STATEMENT (NEW) BONUS MODULE Purpose This function is used to view member’s bonus statement every month end after bonus being confirmed. Instruction • Go to Bonus > Bonus Statement (New) • The following Bonus Statement will be displayed for member’s printout records. • This will also show each bonus payout in details.
3.3 YEARLY INCOME STATEMENT BONUS MODULE Purpose This function is used to view member’s yearly bonus statement for taxation printout usage. Instruction • Go to Bonus > Yearly Income Statement • The following Yearly Income Statement will be displayed for member’s printout records. • This will also show member’s each month income for the selected year.
3.4 INDIVIDUAL BONUS BONUS MODULE Purpose This function is used to view member’s individual bonus list for analysis purpose. Instruction • Go to Bonus > Individual Bonus • The following Individual Bonus will be displayed. • This will also show each bonus payout summary.
3.5 INDIVIDUAL SALES BONUS MODULE Purpose This function is used to view member’s individual sales summary within the selection period. Instruction • Go to Bonus > Individual Sales • The following Individual Sales will be displayed.
4.1 VIEW E-WALLET E-TRANSACTIONMODULE Purpose This function is used to view member’s e-wallet balance and transactions details. Instruction • Go to E-transaction > View E-Wallet • The following page will be displayed.
4.2 MEMBER BV TRANSFER E-TRANSACTIONMODULE Purpose This function is used to perform member’s BV transfer Instruction • Go to E-transaction > Member BV Transfer • The following Member BV transfer page will be displayed. • For member that had different country BV purchase, it will be listed under the country tab with the available BV amount. • Member can only perform for BV transfer for those current and opened bonus period only. • Member was not allow to perform cross country BV transfer. Which means Malaysia BV can only transfer to Malaysia’s downlines. • Member also was not allow to perform BV transfer to side lines. Member can only transfer to those downlines under his/her network tree. • Member can only allow to transfer if the available BV is more than 30BV. • Select the country and click on the Submit button to proceed.
• Insert member’s e-pin in order to perform BV transfer. • Then insert the member code and the require BV to transfer. • Click on the Submit button to proceed.
• Check on the summary displayed. • Click on Back button to amend the transfer or Click on confirm transfer button to proceed on the transaction.
• The transfer summary will be display once complete transfer.
4.3 BV TRANSFER LISTING E-TRANSACTIONMODULE Purpose This function is used to view all the BV transfer transaction that had been performed by member. Instruction • Go to E-transaction > BV Transfer Listing • The following BV transfer listing will be display. • Member was not allow to void BV transactions. To cancel BV transaction would need to call the customer service team for further changes.
4.4 VIEW BV TRANSFER E-TRANSACTIONMODULE Purpose This function is used to view member’s BV transfer summary for the selected bonus period. Instruction • Go to E-transaction > View BV Transfer • The following screen will be display.
4.5 VIEW TRAVEL INCENTIVE E-TRANSACTIONMODULE Purpose This function is used to view member’s travel incentive and transaction details base on the selected period. Instruction • Go to E-transaction > View Travel Incentive • The following screen will be display.
