  3. Matthew 16:18 And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it. This is not an insignificant point. Too many consider the doctrine and structure of “their church” to be a matter of personal preference.

  4. Romans 16:16 Greet one another with a holy kiss. The churches of Christ greet you. Preposition “of” denotes ownership. Not a proper name, rather a designation of possession.
