Moving Forward • We will move forward this year by examining centralized fleet policies to ensure centralized practices are driving down costs. -Inventory Control -Service & Rentals -Management Control -Assignments -Usage Numbers by Dept. -Gas & Oil Costs • Monthly Reports Centralized Fleet
Adjustments Needed • Based on information received we need to adjust our centralized fleet practices as necessary to ensure we are truly saving taxpayer dollars. • Study could lead to legislation as soon as next year.
