EDMODO • Edmodo is a micro-blogging site with the look and feel of Facebook, but is private. • Geared toward facilitating classes, assignments, calendars, discussions and more. • Edmodo has more than 6.5 million users (Trust, 2012). • It is used both to manage classes for teachers as well as a part of a Professional Learning Network (PLN) for individuals. 

  3. WHY EDMODO? • Creates backchannel discussions. • Connectivity on the Go. • No students’ email needed. • Secure with everything at one place. • Great communication platform. • Parents can get involved directly.

  12. FUTURE USE... Help in revolutionizing the TAB system in our college. EDMODO will be a healthy and free back-up to the Q-LURN platform used in the Centurion Learning Tab.
