3) Management and Financing • Have a champion on all levels • Include ICT in Ed in adminstrator support programme: -Hardware only 1/3 of costs! • Team of educators and technologists, coordination with other projects; • Public-private partnerships
4) ICTs in Schools – Policy, vision and strategy • Clear, shared vision & master plan • Appoint ICT coordinator, best: not technology expert, but champion • Support & encouragement from school leader • Parent & community support accelerates change
