Are you eligible for Senior Design? YES I AM!
Then join the 2008-2009 RIT MAV team and do something cool with your life
What’s an MAV? It’s a Micro Air Vehicle designed to fly by remote control or completely by itself MAV’s are used by DARPA, the Military, and the CIA for video surveillance of enemy troops Photo courtesy of Honeywell
What are we doing with an MAV? • Designing RIT’s future MAV platform • Entering the US/European Flight Competition • Working toward a fully autonomous vehicle (that’s right it will eventually fly itself! ) • Designing the airframe structure based on the aerodynamic design (P09121) and integrating it with the flight controls system (P09122)
