Important dates on course registration • Early August – mass reminder email will be sent to students by Graduate School • 5 – 8 Aug 2014 - Course registration for both Term 1 and Term 2 • 1 – 15 Sep 2014 - Add/drop for Term 1 • 5 – 19 Jan 2015 - Add/drop for Term 2
Term Dates • Term 1 1 September to 29 November 2014 • Term 2 5 January to 18 April 2015
Schedule of class / Location of classrooms • Weekday classes: 7:00 p.m.- 9:30 p.m. • Saturday classes: 10:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. 2:30 p.m.- 5:00 p.m. Classrooms are located near the University Station.
Study Plan / Additional Course Fee • Students are expected to complete at least 24 units of courses with at least one course selected from the core course list in two years (i.e students should try to take at least 2 courses (6 units) per term. • Additional course fee of $10,000 per course will be charged if students are required to take course/s beyond their normative study period.

Academic Advisory System • Students will be assigned an academic advisor and your advisor will be announced when the term starts. • There is no requirement on the frequency of meetings between the advisor and the students but students are expected to take an active role in seeking advice from their advisors when there is the need.
