Do's -Always be courteous to patients as well as colleagues. Greet them "Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening" or "Have A Nice Day". -Keep your work areas clean, neat and tidy. -Remember to hand in any found articles to Security Office within the same day. -Remember to call6352 5356/90601900 for unfit on duty or others reason (produce document for proof).
-Food and drinks are only allowed in the staff tearoom or foodcourt. -Always ask your supervisor for help if in doubt. Do's
Don'ts -All staff should not loiter around and within the work area after duty hours. -No staffs are allowed to remove hospital's items out of the hospital premises. Any attempts to remove such items will be referred to the Security.(eg: food, fruit, belong to patient’s items) -Do not start unnecessary conversation with patients. -Do not use mobile phone while at work. (use phone during break time only)
Don'ts -Avoid using of patient lifts at all. -Do not talk aloud or shout at common area/public area. -Do not eat ward/department biscuit or food meant for patient. • Do not sleep in the staff tea room during breaks.
