Specific Define exactly what it is that you want to achieve. What is the target you are aiming for?

Real Milestones Your goal statement is a measure for the project. However, there are usually several short-term or small measurements that can be built into the goal. • Identifying milestones will help to measure your progress and help you stay on track. • Set a timeframe for the milestones and goals: • Putting an end point on your goal gives you a clear target to work towards.
