  2. Is hydroelectricity renewable Yes hydroelectricity is renewable because you can use it over and over again.

  3. How does it work • A dam is bulit across a valley,causing it to flood. • Water falls thourgh the dam.The gravitional energy of this water is converted to kinetic energy. • The kinetic energy of the water is used to turn a tubrine and generate electricity

  4. Advantages • -Its renewable • -cheap after bulit • -no global warming • -powered by water not people

  5. Disadvantages • -expensive to bulid • -distroyes most fishes habits • -unsightly • -hard to find a spot to bulid
