  2. The Fear of God • Twelve Apostles Listed (vs. 1-5) • Limited Commission (vs. 5-15) • Lost sheep of Israel given access to the gospel of our Lord first (cf. Jews at Antioch, Acts 13:44-50) • Warning of Persecution (vs. 16-26) • Inevitable; Master persecuted; Don’t fear them! • Fear God! (vs. 27-33) • Destroyed the world (flood) (Gen. 7:17-24) • Destroyed Sodom & Gomorrah (Gen. 19:23-28) • Destroyed the Egyptian army (Exodus 14:23-ff)

  3. Conclusion Note: Confession is proof of Fear of God (vs. 32-33) If we are His, we are protected: Romans 8:31-39
