  1. Our wedding season is showing no signs of slowing but we’ve found time to describe 2 very special and unique venues, where Ginger have the absolute pleasure of being the preferred caterers. The first is Somerley House, an exquisite Grade II listed stately home situated on the Hampshire Dorset border, surrounded by glorious countryside. This venue can only be described as ‘Breath-taking’. The opulence of this beautiful building is evident in every room, floor to ceiling original paintings adorn every wall, capturing moments of history in gilt golden frames. Rich colours and interesting antiques sit proudly amongst the architectural features that make this listed building so special. If something a bit more outdoorsy and quirky is more your style, then the Treehouses at Beaulieu provide a stunning and natural wedding venue in the heart of the New Forest. The main treehouse is uniquely nestled in the trees, surrounded by forest wildlife that looks beautiful in every season. By dusk, lighting highlighting the Treehouses and surrounding woodland transforming into a whole new venue, glowing beautifully against the dark night sky. Internally, this venue is a blank canvas, and can be adapted to reflect any colours or theme, the only limit is your imagination!
