Conclusions • The scenario highlights different transplant policies amongst participants • Similar themes were identified in some questions • This scenario was based on a case from a UK transplant centre. • Transplant October 2011, with uneventful post-transplant course. October 2013 creatinine level is 139μmol/L and recipient is well.
