Add onion and fry till brown. Now add tomatoes and cook till soft, add chopped fresh and tender asparagus with salt, red chilli, coriander, amchur and fennel seed powder. Mix it well and let it cook for about 10 minutes. Once cooked garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti, phulka or naan.
