  3. The Schools • Year 3 pupils in three primary schools (210 families) • The year 4 pupils in two of the primary schools (150 families) • The year 7 pupils in an Aston Secondary School (150 families) • Total 510 families

The Project will demonstrate how: • how ICT can support the learning family within a community. • a clear link between ICT engagement and children’s attainment in core skills, particularly numeracy and literacy • a learning partnership between the home, the school, the Local authority and Aston Pride New Deal for Communities

  5. The Project will demonstrate how: • an inclusive approach to, opportunity for, a disadvantaged and diverse community. • links between ICT and the rich cultural heritage of the community. • congruence with the broader framework of ‘Every Child Matters’ and local regeneration.
