Examples of the Title • Introduction of a new course (Health and Social Care) by OCL • Does performance appraisal system motivate the workforce? • Does flexibility in working hours help the employees maintain work-life balance? • Would launch of customer loyalty card boost up the retail sales?
Background • what your title is about. • If you have mentioned about launching a product or a system, explain the product or a system is about and mention its features. • Your target market. • Your interest in the topic. • How the topic relates to your previous academic or professional background?
Area of study Discipline or the specialism your title falls into such as Human Resource Management, Marketing, Organizational Behaviour etcetera.

Research Methods • Primary Research. • Secondary Research. • Different types of primary research methods available. • Qualitative / Quantitative Research Methods. • What primary research method you are opting and why? In other words how you are going to collect your data.
Literature Review • Identify the resources you are going to review to accomplish your project. • Identify minimum 15 references inclusive of periodicals, books, journals, articles from newspapers such as Financial Times, magazines such as Economist etcetera. • Only professional blogs need to be used. • Use of Wikipedia is prohibited.
Research Population: • Who are your respondents? • How many respondents you are going to select and how?
Action plan and scheduling for the project: • Divide the entire intended project into serious of actions and plan the schedule, deadlines and duration of each action. • Demonstrate the entire action plan with the help of Gantt’s chart preferably.
