Learning Networks • Self-organized, distributed eLearning systems, designed to facilitate lifelong learning in particular knowledge domains. • Refers to the connection of a large number of actors and learning artifacts into an organization, as well as to the physical ICT network and facilities that are responsible for the technical connections.
