RAB Mission • Serve the needs of the members of the IEEE by maintaining, enhancing, and supporting the geographical organizational units of the IEEE. • Responsible for IEEE membership & member development. • Membership includes, recruitment, development, administration of admissions, retention, elevation, and service, as well as related operational and budget issues. • Member development includes member value development, new member programs and services and support for members’ careers, in collaboration with other IEEE Organizational Units.
