Questions 1. What portion of the sections' primary delegate expenses are covered by the region and what is the procedure for taking care of it as opposed to other delegates? According the SC05 web site:For the primary delegate expenses:Registration is covered by the Regional Activities Board (RAB): * $800 USD - Hotel, non-Congress meals, ground transportation, etc. * $300 - Airfare (less from some US locations) * $1,100 Total Estimated expense
2. Verify the date and time of the Region 2 meeting. Who will be required to attend? 3. Who do I contact to get the most updated list of Region 2 section leaders? 4. We need to add link in our region web page to the Sections Congress home page. By the way, the rest of the region web page needs to be updated too. 5. Will the region cover the attendance cost for the rest of the Region 2 committee members (including myself) and what is the procedure for taking care of it?
