November Items of Note Infrastructure Services • Nearly doubled our internet bandwidth • Media Services check-out moved to the ITS Service Desk (new return policies) • Calls to the Help Desk – • Average time to answer is now 30 seconds • 68% of calls resolved at the time of the call
November Items of Note Student Technology Committee • Working on technology improvements students would like to see. • Included some questions on our faculty/staff and student surveys.
November Items of Note ITS Communication • Changed ITS Home Page to include “news blogs” to be added at least monthly, but can be ongoing. • Added link to network performance statistics in the “System Status” section.
