DSS – Challenges • Consistency across disciplines • Discipline Council • Involvement of the organizations – particularly at the division level • One employee with multiple disciplines • Fiscal constraints – seminars/L&D • Frequency of actual gatherings • Emphasis on virtual/technology • Discipline membership - • CROPS (centralized register and organizational profile system)
