  2. General presentation; • Legal base; • Procedure for the identification of EE; • Timetable.

  3. I. General presentation • According to the subsidiary principle the eligible expenditure will be established based on the national law; • The eligible expenditure for the Romania-Bulgaria Cross-Border Cooperation Operational Programme 2007-2013 will be set out taking into account the Regulations and national laws of each country (national legislation harmonization); • The list of eligible expenditure shall be very detailed. General rules must be avoided!

  4. II. Legal base • ERDF Regulation (EC) No 1080/2006; • General Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006; • Implementation regulation (EC) No 1828/2006; • National legislation of RO and BG – harmonization.
