Start Page Quality on Time "Quality on time" is a program based on the results of the R&D Benchmark project, which we conducted in FY 03/04.The goal of this program is to improve the R&D performance in terms of delivering products in the right quality and at the right time.On this page the program office provide to you the latest information on Quality on Time (QoT). Process Implementation and Training Back to Start Page Implementation and Training of the new PI R&D Process Starting in October 2005, the new PI Product Development Process will be mandatory for all new R&D Projects. Therefore a team of Change Agents (CAT) is set up to bring the new process to life. In a first step, the project managers will be trained by the CAT. These trainings will start with the new FY and will be finished mid of November. In Phase 2, the all project participants will be trained by the project managers with support by the CAT.
